Netherlands Schedule for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, Fixtures, Dates, Venues, Time

Netherlands qualified for the ICC World Cup as Qualifier 1, but unfortunately, lost the CWC Qualifiers final.
Netherlands did the unthinkable and qualified for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 to be played in India, by defeating Scotland in a crunch match on July 6, 2023, in the recently concluded ICC World Cup Qualifiers in Zimbabwe.
The Dutch team led by Scott Edwards sealed the last remaining spot in the tournament after finishing second in the Cricket World Cup Qualifiers. With this, they will get the Qualifier 1 spot in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Schedule.
The Netherlands qualified for the Cricket World Cup by triumphing in six of their nine total games. The squad defeated West Indies in a thrilling Super Over to win one of the most memorable games in the competition.
Then they chased down a 278-run target set by Scotland in 42.5 overs to better their net run rate and knock Scotland out of the race. Bas de Leede put in an all-round performance, picking 5/52 and then scoring 123 runs in 92 balls.
This took the Netherlands in the final of the ICC World Cup Qualifiers and also helped them qualify for the World Cup 2023 main draw as Qualifier 1.
Netherlands met fellow qualifiers Sri Lanka in the final of the tournament in Harare on July 9 and Sri Lanka posted 233 after batting first thanks to 43 from Kusal Mendis and 57 from Sahan Arachchige. For the Netherlands, four bowlers picked 2 wickets each.
In response, the Dutch team was bamboozled by Maheesh Theekshana (4/31) and Dilshan Madushanka (3/18), as they could only manage 105 runs in 23.3 overs to lose the summit clash by 128 runs.
The 2023 men's ODI World Cup will begin on October 5 in Ahmedabad, and matches will be held across ten venues, and culminate in the final - also in Ahmedabad - on November 19. The semi-finals will be held in Mumbai and Kolkata on November 15 and 16.
The 45 league matches and the three knockouts will be played in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Dharamsala, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Pune over a span of 46 days. The two semi-finals and the final will all have reserve days.
