IPL 2026 Points Table, Orange Cap & Purple Cap after match 39, DC vs RCB

Punjab Kings remain at the top of the points table after the 39th match of IPL 2026.

In the 39th match of the Indian Premier League 2026, Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) secured a stunning nine-wicket win against Delhi Capitals (DC). After opting to field first, RCB bundled out DC for just 75 runs at Arun Jaitley Stadium.

With a fabulous bowling show by Josh Hazlewood (4 wickets) and Bhuvneshwar Kumar (3 wickets), Capitals suffered a horrible batting collapse in the top and middle-order.

Impact player Abishek Porel added 30 runs, but it didn’t make much difference as the Delhi Capitals failed to put up a fighting total. It was DC’s third-lowest total in IPL history.

It was a comfortable win for RCB, who chased down the target in just 6.3 overs with unbeaten knocks from Virat Kohli (23 Runs) and Devdutt Padikkal (34 Runs). Hazlewood was awarded Player of the Match for his bowling heroics.
