Quinton de Kock scored 109 runs in 106 balls against Australia in ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 match 10.
In 10th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, South Africa are taking on Australia at Lucknow's Ekana Stadium. With Australia winning the toss and choosing to bowl first, all eyes were on South Africa who are coming of a great victory against Sri Lanka in their first match.
One of the defining moments of this encounter occurred when Quinton de Kock, South Africa's wicket-keeper-batsman, was at the crease. De Kock, known for his stroke-play and fearless approach, was in prime form. He has scored back-to back centuries in the ongoing tournament, one against Sri Lanka and one against Australia, he scored 109 runs off 106 deliveries. Including eight boundaries and five sixes. He along with South African skipper put up a 100-runs partnership.

Quinton De Kock, attempted a reverse sweep against Glenn Maxwell. However, while going for the shot the ball hit the blade of his bat and then deflecting off his chest, landed directly onto the stumps. It was a dismissal that left the fans in awe and De Kock himself was in disbelief.

Following de Kock's dismissal, the responsibility fell on the shoulders of Aiden Markram and Heinrich Klaasen. Aiden Markram also scored a fifty, he too is coming back after scoring a 100 in the first game.
South Africa are batting at 272 for the loss of five wickets in 45 overs and would be looking to give Australia a good target and would expect their bowler to restrict Aussie batter.
