Rahul Dravid and Ajit Agarkar were seen watching the Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh super four Asia Cup 2023.

Asia Cup 2023 super 4 round has resumed after a two-day break in the tournament. Sri Lanka are taking on Bangladesh at R. Premadasa Cricket Stadium in Colombo. The weather has become much better than what was expected just a few days ago in Colombo. It was a sunny afternoon in Colombo to begin the proceedings, and the rain has stayed away since the start. Indian chief selector Ajit Agarkar and Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid were spotted in the stands watching the Sri Lanka vs Bangladesh clash.

Team India are preparing for their next big clash against Pakistan, scheduled to be played on Sunday. After that, team India will be playing Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, respectively, in the super 4 round. India will take on defending Asia Cup champions Sri Lanka after the Pakistan game on September 12, and then they will play the last super 4 round game against Bangladesh on September 15. All these games will be played at the R. Premadasa Cricket Stadium in Colombo.

A few Sri Lankan fans have also shared pictures on the social media platform Twitter (X) with Indian coach Rahul Dravid in the picture. Later on, he was accompanied by Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar. Ajit Agarkar recently announced the World Cup 2023 squad from Colombo and held a press conference along with captain Rohit Sharma. Team India retained their Asia Cup squad for the upcoming mega event in India. Tilak Varma, Sanju Samson, and Prasidh Krishna were dropped from the team, but they were part of Indian team as extras in the Asia Cup.

Team India had an optional practice session on Saturday before an important India vs Pakistan clash. According to a few reports, Indian captain Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli skipped the practice session in Colombo. The Indian top-order struggled against Pakistan in the group A league game. They will be looking to bounce back from their setback in Kandy and look for a big score against a world-class pace attack.
