Rajasthan Royals full squad after IPL 2025 mega auction
Rajasthan Royals finished third in the IPL 2024.
Rajasthan Royals (RR) will be hoping to replicate their Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 performance next season. After a fantastic last season, where they finished third in the table, Rajasthan have made strategic moves in the two-day mega auction.
Having a strong batting lineup at their disposal, RR strongly focused on the bowling department adding big names like Jofra Archer and Wanindu Hasaranga to their lineup. Jofra will partner Sandeep Sharma in the Royals’ pace bowling cartel. Archer – Sandeep duo will add versatility to the Rajasthan bowling lineup, Sandeep is known for his discipline with the new ball, while Archer is an artist in the death overs.
The franchise also acquired Wanindu Hasaranga and Maheesh Theekshana in their attempt to replace the spin duo of Yuzvendra Chahal and Ravichandran Ashwin. Rajasthan had one of the strongest spin combinations in the league with Adam Zampa joining the Indian spinners on spin-friendly wickets.
