The third test of the five-match series between England Cricket Team and Indian Cricket Team is currently underway at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. On day five, the encounter witnessed a little drama as Ravindra Jadeja and Brydon Carse engaged in a verbal altercation.
In the first session on day five, Jadeja tried to take a couple of runs off Carse’s delivery. However, as he was focused on the ball while running, he collided with the pacer. The England speedster moved just in time to avoid a serious collision.
However, after the incident, Carse got angry with Jadeja. However, the Indian all-rounder clarified that it was unintentional. Both players had a verbal altercation on the field over the incident. Ben Stokes tried to calm down the situation.

The Lord’s test has witnessed a few heated confrontations between both teams. Earlier, Shubman Gill and Zak Crawley engaged in a heated altercation on day three after the England opener called for the team physio faking an injury. Later, the England players returned the favour to Indian skipper when he came to bat in the second innings.
Meanwhile, England delivered a fabulous bowling performance on day five in second innings of the Lord’s test. In the first session, they grabbed the crucial wickets of Rishabh Pant, KL Rahul, Washington Sundar, and Nitish Reddy. Jadeja has kept winning hopes alive; however, India are already eight wickets down in the match, with over 50 more runs needed for victory at the time of writing.
Earlier, England piled up 387/10 in the first innings. India were also bowled out for 387 runs in the first innings. In the second innings, England were bundled out for 192 runs, setting a 193-run target for India.
