RCB will look forward to defending their title in IPL 2026.
All 10 franchises are gearing up for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026, which is scheduled to start in the last week of March. Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) will aim to retain their title in the tournament.
Last year, they scripted history by winning their maiden IPL title. Led by Rajat Patidar, RCB crushed Punjab Kings (PBKS) in a nail-biting final to clinch the trophy. They finished in second spot in the points table after the league stage.
However, they defeated PBKS in two consecutive matches, first in Qualifier 1 and then in the final, to win the IPL championship title for the first time.
Virat Kohli, who finished as the highest run-scorer for the side and third overall, played a key role in RCB’s journey to the trophy. Josh Hazlewood, Krunal Pandya, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar did a wonderful job in the bowling department.
RCB have retained their core squad for the upcoming season. They also acquired some stars like Venkatesh Iyer, Jacob Duffy, and Jordan Cox in the IPL 2026 auction in December. While their main squad remains the same, they will now have a new title sponsor for the upcoming season.
“Nothing” to be the new title sponsor of RCB in IPL 2026

Electronics company Nothing will be the new title sponsor of RCB in IPL 2026. The franchise announced the development in an official post on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday (February 3).
Speaking about this move, RCB’s Chief Operating Officer Rajesh Menon said that they are happy to partner with the Nothing brand for IPL 2026.
“We are delighted to welcome Nothing into the RCB family. Their approach to innovation and design resonates with what RCB stands for, both on and off the field,” he said in a statement.
Notably, Qatar Airways was the title sponsor for RCB for the last three seasons. The agreement was to be worth around INR 75 crore and played a key role in strengthening RCB’s commercial profile during the tenure. However, the franchise has parted ways with the brand ahead of the upcoming edition.
