Indian captain Rohit Sharma named the toughest bowler he has faced in his career.

The Indian captain, who is known for taking on the opposition with the bat in hand, also had a bowler in the past who was the toughest for him to face. When asked about this question, Rohit named former South African pacer Dale Steyn.

He said, "If a bowler who has ever challenged me and I enjoyed playing against him then I’ll have say Dale Steyn." The Indian captain is among the best pullers of the cricket ball in modern-day cricket. Whether it is on the front foot or back foot, he can hit from any length. But according to Rohit Sharma, the former Australian skipper Ricky Ponting played the best pull shot. Rohit also picked Virat Kohli for the best cover drive.

When he was asked about the best straight drive, the Indian captain named Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar. Rohit named Shubman Gill as the "rising talent' who has the potential to achieve big things in the future. Then, he picked Suryakumar Yadav for the player with the best scoop shot and the coolest player in the team, who is always calm under pressure. Rohit Sharma will be in action next in Guwahati, where India will face England in their first warmup game on September 30.
