SA20 2024: Full schedule, when and where to watch in India

Second season of SA20, South Africa’s franchise based T20 League will begin on 10th January, 2024.

SA20 Season 2, South Africa’s premier T20 competition will begin on January 10, 2024 with anopening match between reigning champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape and Joburg Super Kings. It willbe live-streamed and broadcast exclusively on JioCinema and Sports18.

Thirty-four matches will be played across six venues – Newlands (Cape Town), Centurion Park(Pretoria), Kingsmead (Durban), St. George’s Park (Gqebrha), Wanderers (Johannesburg) and BolandPark (Paarl). The final will be played on February 10.

The SA20 2024 matches on JioCinema and Sports18 will also be available in Hindi with RP Singh, Pragyan Ojha, Sarandeep Singh, Saba Karim, Kiran More and Reema Malhotra providing expert analysis.   Teams will face each other a total of 10 times (5 home, 5 away), with the top four teams advancingto the playoffs. The top two teams in the standings will meet in Qualifier 1, where the winner willadvance to the final and the loser will face the winner of Eliminator (third vs fourth) in Qualifier 2 todecide the final match-up. 

T20 stars such as last year’s player-of-the-tournament Aiden Markram (Sunrisers Eastern Cape) andthe leading run-getter Jos Buttler (Paarl Royals) will return to the SA20, along with a host ofother stars including Kieron Pollard (MI Cape Town), Sam Curran (MI Cape Town), Jimmy Neesham(Pretoria Capitals), Moeen Ali (Joburg Super Kings), Nicholas Pooran (Durban’s Super Giants), andmany others.
