In the 11th match of the ongoing SA20 2024, MI Cape Town won a thrilling contest against Paarl Royals. Paarl Royals set a challenging target of 173 runs for MI Cape Town with notable contributions from Jason Roy (38) and Jos Buttler (46). MI Cape Town bowlers, particularly Thomas Kaber picked up three wickets and restricted Royals to 172/8 in 20 overs.

MI Cape Town’s response was emphatic as Rassie van der Dussen (41) and Ryan Rickelton (94*) played crucial roles. MI Cape Town chased down the target comfortably with 19 balls to spare.
