SA20 2026: Squads of all teams after auction

Dewald Brevis was the most expensive player bought in the SA20 2026 auction.
For South African franchise cricket, the SA20 2026 auction was a historic occasion. With over 800 participants signing up and 541 making the final selection, the auction, which took place in Johannesburg, attracted an unprecedented amount of attention.
By drawing a record bid of R16.5 million from the Pretoria Capitals—a sum never before seen in the SA20—Dewald Brevis changed the course of history. At R14 million, Aiden Markram was the second-most costly acquisition made by the Durban Super Giants.
Jos Buttler, Rashid Khan, and Andre Russell are among the others who are joining the group and vowing to give it their all during the competition. While Durban’s Super Giants boast a number of well-known players, defending champions MI Cape Town have an excellent bowling assault.
