Semi-finals Ticket Details: When & where to buy T20 World Cup 2026 knockout stage tickets?

The race for the semi-finals of the T20 World Cup 2026 has become intense with eight teams battling in the Super 8 Round for a spot in the final four. India, South Africa, the West Indies, and Zimbabwe are clubbed in Group 1 in the Super 8 stage, while England, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, and Pakistan are part of Group 2.

Two teams from both these groups will qualify for the semi-finals. Three games have witnessed results so far in the tournament. In Group 1, South Africa crushed India, and West Indies outplayed Zimbabwe. On the other hand, in Group 2, England outplayed Sri Lanka, while the Pakistan vs New Zealand game was washed out due to rain.

The two semi-finals will be played on March 4 and March 5, while the summit clash will take place on March 8. The venue of the second semi-final on March 5 is Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai, while the venue for the other two games will be finalised soon.

Notably, if Pakistan reach the semi-finals or final, then those games will be played in Sri Lanka. If they are eliminated in the Super 8 round, then those matches will be played in India.

Meanwhile, many fans are excited to watch the knockout matches inside the stadium. They have a piece of good news as the ticket sales for the semi-finals and final will go live on February 24 (Tuesday). The tickets will be available to book at 7 PM IST. Earlier, the organisers had only released the tickets for the league stage and Super Eight round.

Indian fans can book tickets for the T20 World Cup 2026 semi-finals through the BookMyShow app and website. It is the official ticketing platform for the tournament in India. To book tickets, fans can search ‘ICC T20 World Cup 2026’ in the app and choose the respective match to book a ticket.

They can make payments through various options such as UPI, credit cards, and debit cards to complete the transaction. International fans can book tickets through the official website of ICC (icc-cricket.com). Indian fans also book tickets through the ICC’s website.
