Traditionally, Sri Lanka have always taken a lot of pride in its fielding, but in this tournament, the catching efficiency of the Sri Lankan were not up to the mark.

The champions of T20 World Cup 2026, India, are at the top of the list of the most dropped catches. In the impressive campaign, the number of dropped catches became a cause of worry for the Suryakumar Yadav- led side.

In the virtual quarterfinal match against the West Indies, the Indian team let go of three big chances as the Caribbean nation set up a big total on the board.
