Third stage of ticket sales announced

On Wednesday, February 3, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the third stage of ticket sales for the upcoming World Cup. In an official statement, BCCI revealed that fans will be able to book more tickets for their favourite games. The governing body also welcomed fans from across the country to enjoy the tournament in India.
“The opening of Phase 3 follows two successful ticketing windows, with Phase 1 launched on December 11, 2025, and Phase 2 on January 14, 2026. This latest phase provides fans with a further opportunity to secure seats for matches across the tournament, which will bring together the world’s leading teams,” an official statement from BCCI read.
“The BCCI also looks forward to the presence of fans from across the country throughout the tournament, including on days when Team India is not in action. The World Cup offers a rare opportunity to watch many of the game’s finest international players and closely contested matches in person, and full stadiums help create an atmosphere that reflects India’s passion for cricket and brings the competition to life,” it further added.
Earlier, the phase 1 and phase 2 of ticket sales were launched on December 11 (2025) and January 14 respectively. The tickets for only the first round are available to book at the moment.
