Liam Livingstone has scored 87 runs in IPL 2025 so far.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are hosting Punjab Kings (PBKS) at their home ground, M Chinnaswamy Stadium, in match No. 34 of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 on Friday, April 18. The match was cut short to 14 overs per side as rain delayed the start. After being put in to bat first, the hosts faced a batting collapse and their overseas star Liam Livingstone failed to get going again. Many fans bashed Livingstone for his yet another poor show in the tournament.

Livingstone got out for just four runs in the match. The right-handed batsman started well with a boundary. However, he was dismissed by PBKS pacer Xavier Bartlett. Notably, he got out for four runs and a duck in his last two innings in IPL 2025.

Fans bash Liam Livingstone on X with memes

After the RCB batter lost his wicket in RCB vs PBKS clash, fans bashed him for his another dismal show with the bat. Livingstone became a trending topic on the micro-blogging website X (formerly Twitter). While some fans showed their frustration with tweets, others shared hilarious memes to troll him. Have a look at the tweets below.

Notably, the England batter scored a brilliant half-century in an earlier clash against Gujarat Titans (GT) in IPL 2025. He accounts for 87 runs across six innings at a strike rate of 127.94.

Talking about the game, PBKS won the toss and elected to field first. Their decision proved to be a right one as they restricted RCB 95/9 in a rain marred encounter, which has been reduced to 14 overs per side.
