He has shared an Instagram story to expose multiple accounts for posting a quote he never said. Multiple accounts have shared Tushar Deshpande’s wrongly attributed quote on Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma. Tushar Deshpande was part of Chennai Super Kings’s playing XI against Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. Deshpande picked up Rohit Sharma’s wicket in the 4th over of the game. Deshpande rattled the furniture of MI Captain Rohit.

Multiple accounts shared that Deshpande claimed Taking Rohit Sharma’s wicket is so easy, He is not someone like Virat Kohli or AB De Villiers. After getting to know about viral news, Deshpande took to Instagram to bust the fake news peddled by many accounts. In his Instagram story stamped FAKE sharing the screenshots of the accounts that claimed Deshpande’s quote against Indian Team captain Rohit Sharma.

He posted, “I have absolute respect for all the legends mentioned above. I did not, would not make any such demeaning statements. Stop spreading fake news.”
