Virender Sehwag says India soaks pressure better

Talking about India vs Pakistan encounter on 15th October in Ahmedabad, Virender Sehwag said, “I feel that now India handles the pressure that is why they win whereas Pakistan have a burden that they haven’t won against India. Pakistan won in the 2021 World T20 against India, they decimated the Indian team by 10 wickets in Dubai. In the 50 Overs World Cup, India got a 100% record against Pakistan.

Virender Sehwag also believes that Sub-continent teams will be having an advantage over teams like Australia, England, and New Zealand. He also predicted an India vs Pakistan final in the 2023 Cricket World Cup. Sehwag said, “A player from the sub-continent has a better idea of playing spin than someone coming from outside”. Virender Sehwag played in the Semifinal against Pakistan in the 2011 World Cup at PCA Stadium in Mohali where India thrashed Pakistan and qualified for the Final against Sri Lanka.
