Watch: Harmanpreet Kaur smashes stumps in anger after given LBW in 3rd ODI vs Bangladesh women

India women's captain Harmanpreet Kaur was visibly frustrated after being given out LBW.

The Indian women's team are on tour in Bangladesh for three T20Is and three ODIs. The Women in Blue dominated the T20I series and won it 2-1. But they were stunned by the hosts great comeback in the ODI series. The third and final ODI, which was also a series decider, took place at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.

This game had everything in it. It saw the hosts dominate the first half of the first innings, then the Indian team made a good comeback. In the second innings, India started poorly but had a decent partnership between Smriti Mandhana (59) and Harleen Deol (77), which brought India back to the game and put them in the driving seat.

The hosts won the toss and decided to bat first. They had two big partnerships for the first two wickets, and they were 164/2, but they couldn't end the innings on a high note. Bangladesh scored 225/4 in the first innings. In reply, India had a 106-run third-wicket stand between Harleen and Mandhana. The Indian captain joined the crease when Mandhana got out for 57 runs.

She took time to settle down but got out on the fourth ball of the 34th over by Nahida Akter. The spinner bowled a full delivery, and Harmanpreet Kaur tried to play a sweep shot and missed the line. She missed, and it hit her pads, and she was given LBW by the umpire. Harmanpreet Kaur wasn't pleased with the decision and smashed the stumps with the bat. She also said some words to the umpire while heading back to the dugout.

That wicket brought the downfall of the Indian innings. Chasing the target of 226 runs, India were looking good at 191/4 in 41.2 overs and needed just 35 runs to win from 52 balls. But they lost their last six wickets for just 34 runs, and the game ended in a tie, and the series was drawn 1-1.
