This video of Mohammad Amir getting angry on a fan during the PSL 2024 is going viral.

Former Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir is currently taking part in the Pakistan Super League 2024. Amir is part of the Quetta Gladiators in PSL 2024. Amir has taken six wickets for Quetta in the ongoing season so far and he has encountered some unwanted moments during one of the matches. Despite retiring from international cricket, Amir is still active in Pakistan domestic T20 league.

Mohammad Amir was treated with some unwanted words from the fans at National Stadium in Karachi. Amir was playing Quetta against Lahore Qalandars. While walking back to the dressing room after the game, few of the fans greeted Amir with cheers and applauds while a few were hostile towards the former Pakistani pacer.

Amir annoyed by a fan

A video went viral on social media where a few fans were heard calling Mohammad Amir a ‘Fixer,’ which made former Pakistani bowler uncomfortable. Amir rushed back to give them a heated response while his teammates escorted him back towards dressing room. Fans on social media also slammed the crowd’s attitude of disrespecting Amir.

A social media user on X posted, “This is a very bad Culture ,Fans should be respectable towards player, specially for a player like Amir who had done soo much for Pakistan … He is Pakistan’s pride.” Mohammad Amir responded, “Ghar se yhi seekh k aate ho kya? (You learn this at your home).” Amir was charged with fixing during Pakistan’s tour of England in 2010.

Along with Salman Butt, Mohammad Asif, left-arm pacer Mohammad Amir was also charged with spot-fixing during Pakistan’s tour of England in 2010. After a trail, Amir had to spend six months in jail. Amir’s PSL team Quetta Gladiators have qualified for the ongoing season’s playoffs after winning against Lahore Qalandars convincingly. Quetta are currently placed fourth in the points table.
