Virat Kohli gifted his signed jersey to Pakistan captain Babar Azam after IND vs PAK Match in Ahmedabad.

The high-voltage class between India and Pakistan in Ahmedabad was a dominating affair for the hosts. India had a brilliant performance in both departments. It started with Rohit Sharma winning the toss and asking Pakistan to bat first. Pakistan had a brilliant start with the bat, and they were 150/2 at one stage. But the wicket of Babar Azam ignited the collapse.

The Pakistan captain got out after scoring his half-century. From 155/2, Pakistan lost their last eight wickets for just 36 runs, and the whole team got all out for just 191 runs in 42.5 overs. For India, every bowler except Shardul Thakur picked up two wickets each. Jasprit Bumrah (2/19) and Kuldeep Yadav (2/35) were the pick of the bowlers.

Chasing 192 runs to win, Indian batters took an aggressive approach. The chase was led by Indian captain Rohit Sharma, who had been in great form since the last game against Afghanistan. Rohit smashed a 36-ball fifty and took the attack to the opposition. Virat Kohli (16) and Shubman Gill (16) got early. Rohit was unfortunate to miss a well-deserved century.

He scored 86 off 63 balls, with six fours and six sixes. India reached the target and made 192/3 in just 30.3 overs to win the game by seven wickets and almost 20 overs to spare. With this, India added two important points to the board and is at the top of the table with six points.
