In the fourth innings of the test match, West Indies had a torrid outing with the bat. Chasing the target of 204 runs, it was expected that the hosts would come up with a fighting effort. However, that wasn’t the case as Australian bowlers were at their lethal best.
Mitchell Starc, who was playing his 100th test, made the occasion special as he picked three wickets in the first over. After that, he completed his five-wicket haul in just 15 balls. He ended up picking six wickets for just nine runs, while Scott Boland also stole the limelight with his hat-trick.
