Cricket West Indies (CWI) has announced the West Indies squads for the upcoming T20I series against England and Ireland. West Indies are scheduled to play three-match T20I series against England and Ireland this month.

After the three-match ODI series, the West Indies will face England in a three-match T20I series, which will commence with the opening game on June 6 at Riverside Ground, Chester-le-Street. The next two games will be played on June 8 and June 10. The venue of the second T20I is County Ground in Bristol, while the venue for the final encounter is The Rose Bowl in Southampton.

After the tour in England, the West Indies will tour Ireland for a three-match T20I series, which will begin on June 12, with the first T20I at Civil Service Cricket Club in Belfast. The next two games will take place at the same venue on June 14 and June 15.

Shai Hope will lead the side in both series. Notably, these two series are the first campaigns for newly appointed T20I skipper Hope. Moreover, Jason Holder has returned to the T20I squad. He last played a T20I game in February 2024 against Australia.

Andre Russell has also made a comeback to the side since his last international match against England in November last year. However, he is only part of the England series.

West Indies T20I squad for Ireland series: Shai Hope (Captain), Sherfane Rutherford (Vice Captain), Keacy Carty, Johnson Charles, Matthew Forde, Jyd Goolie, Shimron Hetmyer, Jason Holder, Akeal Hosein, Alzarri Joseph, Evin Lewis, Gudakesh Motie, Rovman Powell, Romario Shepherd.

Meanwhile, the West Indies are currently facing England in a three-match ODI series. The hosts England have won the first two games and lead the series 2-0. The third encounter will take place on Tuesday, June 3.
