LSG bagged a victory in their previous game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), where Mukul Choudhary scored a match-winning fifty in the chase. On the other hand, GT also won their previous game against DC in a close-fought clash by one run, clinching their first victory of IPL 2026.
In today’s match, GT captain Shubman Gill won the toss and chose to bowl first against LSG. Neither team made any changes to their playing XI. Hence, star pacers Mohsin Khan and Mayank Yadav were not part of LSG’s playing XI.
Why are Mohsin and Mayank not part of LSG’s playing XI vs GT?
Notably, Mohsin has been overlooked for the encounter. Mayank was named as one of the impact players, but did not play in the second innings. Therefore, neither of them got a chance to play in the ongoing clash.
