West Indies vs India, 2nd Test, Day 5: Weather Forecast, Rain to play spoilsport on final day

India need 8 wickets to win, while West Indies need 289 runs more to win the 2nd test on final day.
Indian cricket team are on the verge of whitewashing West Indies once again in the two-match test series in the Caribbean Islands. Dominating most of the series so far, Team India are just 8 wickets away from the victory at Queen Park Oval in Port of Spain.
Unfortunately, Rain has arrived to play a spoilsport for them on final day of the second test and delaying the start of the game. Chasing 365 run, West Indies require 289 runs to equal the two-match test series and open their account on World Test Championship 2023-25 points table.
According to weather updates in Port of Spain, there is 60% chance of rain playing spoilsport on the final day till 1 PM. The current spell of rain will last more than an hour and will go on till 11 AM. Heavy rain will also increase the workload of ground staff as there will be puddles created on the ground. Weather will remain the same throughout the day in entire Trinidad and Tobago. Team India will be looking to wrap up the things as quickly as possible to get their victory as rain is certainly going to help the West Indies.
