Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 175 runs in second IND vs WI test.
Indian Cricket Team batter Yashasvi Jaiswal had a poor end to his innings in the second test against the West Indies Cricket Team. The match between the two teams is underway at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
Yashasvi Jaiswal, who had a below-average game in Ahmedabad, made a strong comeback in the second match. The opening batter looked in fine touch right from the start and played some elegant shots. He made the West Indies bowlers work hard and hit them all over the park.
Yashasvi Jaiswal hardly put a foot wrong in his innings and took India off to a great start with the bat. Despite KL Rahul (38) getting out early, he made sure that he stayed there and took the game away from the West Indies on the opening day of the match.
Yashasvi Jaiswal slammed a magnificent century on the first day of the game and shattered multiple records. Even after that, he didn’t stop and went on to hit 150. The batter still looked fresh at the end of the day and ended with an unbeaten 173 at stumps.

With the way he was batting, it was almost certain that he would hit another double ton in tests. However, he had an unfortunate end to his innings as miscommunication with skipper Shubman Gill saw him getting run out at the start of day two.
On the second ball of the 93rd over, Jaiswal drove the ball to mid-off and immediately ran for a single. Gill turned around and wasn’t interested. Jaiswal spotted that too late and turned around to try and make his ground but was way short. The throw came to the keeper’s end and Tevin Imlach ran in to collect the ball before breaking the stumps.
Jaiswal looked absolutely disappointed and was seen yelling that it was his call before walking back. Both him and Gill were in disbelief as the young opener walked back.
