The game is set to release on 29 September
EA Sports FC 24 is an upcoming football video game that is published by developer Electronic Arts. Serving as the inaugural instalment in the EA Sports FC series following the conclusion of EA's partnership with FIFA, the game is being developed by EA Sports and is set to launch worldwide on September 29, 2023.
The cover for the Ultimate Edition of the forthcoming game features over 30 iconic players from around the world. The cover showcases stars from top football leagues such as the Premier League, LaLiga, Ligue 1, and Bundesliga.
Here is our prediction of the top 10 highest rated LaLiga players in EA FC 24:
10. Jude Bellingham - 87
Jude Bellingham, the recent Madrid signing, has made his way up in the upcoming EA Sports game. He was earlier ranked at 84, but after his last season with Dortmund and signing for the Spanish capital, he has climbed up in the rating. The England international will look to perform in the upcoming season for Madrid and try to move up in the ratings.
9. Toni Kroos - 88
The star midfielder has the same rating as last season, and Kroos, who has been an integral part of the Madrid squad for years now, expressed that he wants to retire in Madrid only. He extended his contract for one more season and will look to add to his trophy cabinet and the hall-of-fame career that he has built since his arrival in Madrid.
8. Luka Modric - 88
When we talk about Kroos, we subconsciously mention the name Luka Modric. The Croatian, along with Kroos, has extended his contract for one more season, which will keep him in Real Madrid till 2024. The 37-year-old has shown no signs of slowing down and is definitely ageing like a fine wine. He has five Champions League titles to his name, and with the contract extension, he will look to make it six in the upcoming season.
7. Frenkie de Jong - 88
In the last edition of the game, De Jong had a rating of 87, but his contribution in the Spanish League for Barcelona last season has helped his rating improve. He was an integral part of Xavi's squad that won the league last season, and his presence on the field makes him one of the best young midfielders in the world right now.
6. Antoine Griezmann - 88
The only player on this list who has climbed in ratings is Griezmann. Before last season, his rating was 83, but his performances for France in the 2022 World Cup and Atletico Madrid have increased his rating by five, making it 88 in the upcoming edition of the game. He had a difficult first half of the 2022–23 season but turned it around after the World Cup.
5. Jan Oblak - 88
Oblak looked like himself again for the majority of the 2022–23 season, but injuries limited him to 28 starts in LaLiga, his lowest figure since the 2014–15 campaign. The Slovenia international is known for his shot-stopping skills, but his rating dropped because of the season that he had with Atletico Madrid.
4. Vinicius Junior - 89
Vinicius Junior was the first player after Cristiano Ronaldo to have 40 goals and assists per season for the second consecutive time. The Brazilian winger has been in the limelight for quite some time now; he is among the top 3 young players in the world alongside Mbappe and Haaland.
His rating has also climbed up to 89, which was earlier at 86, and The 'Vini Jr. Law,' which was unanimously approved by the Rio government in June, includes a protocol on how to process complaints of racism because he has faced a lot of racism in the league for some time now.
3. Thibaut Courtois - 90
The Belgian goalkeeper rated 90 in the last edition also, he enjoyed a brilliant season with Real Madrid last term even though Real Madrid failed to win the Champions League and the Laliga. The 31-year-old is among the top three highly rated players in the Laliga in the upcoming edition of FIFA 24.
2. Marc-Andre ter Stegen - 90
Marc-Andre ter Stegen won the La Liga MVP award for the 2022–23 season. He was the best goalkeeper in the 2022–23 season, and Ter Stegen won his fifth La Liga title with Barcelona. He helped them win the title for the first time since the 2018–19 season. His rating has climbed up to 90 and he is among the top two best players in LaLiga.
1. Robert Lewandowski- 90
The Polish striker won the Pichichi award in the 2022–23 season after scoring 23 goals for the Spanish champions, Barcelona. His first season in Barcelona was nothing that we didn't expect already, but he made himself comfortable in the league and started scoring goals thanks to the midfield maestros of Pedri, Gavi, and Busquets, who left the club to join his old teammate Lionel Messi. Lewandowski's rating, even though it has dropped since the last season, still remains at the top of the list.
