SAFF U-20 Women’s Championship 2023 will be played in a round-robin format with all four teams facing each other once each. At the end of the round-robin stage, the top two ranked teams will then meet in the final. The final will take place on February 9.

India are the defending champions of the tournament. The previous editions of the championship was played as a U-18 tournament. India won the last edition after finishing atop the group ahead of Bangladesh and Nepal.
