The Italian Supercoppa is an annual football competition, played between the winners of the two most prestigious competitions played in Italian football, the Coppa Italia and the Serie A.
The first Supercoppa was played in 1988. It marked the beginning of a much-precedented accolade in Italian football. The competition has been played every year ever since, and to this day remains an integral component of club football in Italy.
Juventus are the most dominant side in the tournament, winning it nine times, while AC Milan are second with eight trophies.
Meanwhile, the 2025 final saw Napoli clash with Bologna and beat them 2-0 to lift the trophy for the third time in their history.
