The Premier League has been home to some of the best clubs in the history of modern football. From UEFA Champions League winners to FIFA Club World Cup victors, many teams have risen over the years while the glory of some have hit rock bottom. Some teams have kept their status of playing in the Premier League alive while some have succumbed to the dreaded zone of relegation.

Manchester United finally ended their trophy drought as they lifted the Carabao Cup after beating Newcastle United 2-0 at Wembley stadium.
