Havertz has been described as a technically gifted, two-footed attacking midfielder who is comfortable with the ball on either foot and adept with his head. Everton: Dwight McNeil

Playing as an auxiliary wing-back against possessive teams, McNeil ranks highly in multiple defensive categories. Drifting down the left flank and putting in delicious crosses for the likes of Calvert Lewin and others, he has been an important factor in Dyche and Everton’s revival in recent weeks.
