Does Romelu Lukaku have a future at Chelsea?

The Belgium striker is currently on loan at Inter Milan
Premier League giants Chelsea broke the English transfer record at that time when Romelu Lukaku returned to Stamford Bridge from Serie A heavyweights Inter Milan in the summer of 2021.
This deal did not succeed, as Lukaku scored only 15 goals in 44 games before being permitted to return on loan to San Siro. The Belgian international has had difficulties in Italy once more, and because Inter is not certain to try to keep him, it's possible that the capable frontman may be compelled to return to West London.
Despite Fernando Torres and Diego Costa's efforts, Chelsea hasn't been able to find a striker who can average 20 goals a season since Didier Drogba left. Yet the Blues have had a difficult time locating a number nine since that time.
Timo Werner, Lukaku, and Aubameyang were all signed, but none of them was capable of surmounting Chelsea's curse of having the number nine.
Werner was terrible when it came to scoring; he lacked sharpness, whereas Lukaku and the former Barcelona have had the same experience.
Lukaku is on loan to Inter, Werner was returned to Leipzig, and the Gabonese striker is undoubtedly leaving the team in the summer transfer window.
Future at Chelsea?
Lukaku will return to Chelsea in the summer, but the club has no intention of keeping him given his terrible form while on loan at Inter, where he has only managed to score three goals in Serie A.
But, he has recently gotten into tremendous form, scoring five goals in his previous three games. Yet, if Chelsea decides to bring Lukaku back, it would be a gamble.
Bringing him back would not be a prudent move, since the club has placed a clear emphasis on signing young players as they develop long-term projects under new owner Todd Boehly.
It would be sensible for the Belgian striker to join a new team where he will play more games since even if he joins Chelsea, the new manager will put an emphasis on developing young players, and Boehly would want to sign a consistent goalscorer in the summer.
