Manchester United owners Glazers 'confident to stay' at the club

The owners believe they can secure the outside investment and retain ownership of the Premier League giants

In an effort to increase its worth by double, the family of Glazers are now willing to remain Manchester United instead of selling the Premier League team.

When the Glazers announced at the end of last year that they were prepared to sell the club, nearly 20 years after purchasing them, United supporters were hoping for a new owner.

While there have been many successful times under the Americans, along with the money spent on transfers, it has mostly occurred despite them rather than because of them.

There is no stronger indication that Old Trafford has been allowed to deteriorate under their management of the club than the fact that England's largest stadium outside of Wembley is not participating in the bid to host Euro 2028.

Additionally, the billionaires have frequently withheld cash from the team instead of pumping them in, and transfers of money have come from the revenue the team makes, rendering their ownership largely irrelevant to the monies used.

Rival supporters decided not to comprehend the causes of the issues, but club supporters were enthusiastic about the possibility of welcoming new players.

Despite the fact that there were already two offers for the Premier League giants, it was recently disclosed that there would be a third round of bidding.

However, ESPN reports that Joel and Avram Glazer want additional investment since it would continue to enable them to own the team.

They think they can increase the club's value to $10 billion over the next few years, rather than accepting the rumoured £5 billion bid from Sheikh Jassim and Sir Jim Ratcliffe.

According to the source, the club's owners think "the required investment" will be worthwhile both on and off the pitch.

Given recent off-field events and the fact that both Old Trafford & their training facility at Carrington don't have better facilities, United supporters will find that to be a great irony.

Before leaving the Premier League, it became one of the few things Cristiano Ronaldo criticised his old team for that supporters agreed with.
