4. Manchester City
Without a doubt, Manchester City have the funds to buy Neymar, and they also have Pep Guardiola, who loved the South American while he played for Barcelona but never had the opportunity to coach him. Although Pochettino who is the frontrunner to become Chelsea manager next season has already worked with the Brazilian at PSG, and he seems to match the profile Chelsea is seeking this summer.
Chelsea appears to be Neymar’s most likely transfer target in the near future, but because the player has pledged his future to PSG and is comfortable there, there are currently few chances for a deal to be made.
