The USA international is attracting interest from Serie A

Yunus Musah, a player for the United States, has apparently been placed on AC Milan's recruitment shortlist as the Rossoneri shore up their midfielder after the exit of Sandro Tonali.

The 20-year-old midfielder has only been signed with Mestalla since 2019. He was raised in the renowned Arsenal academy system and spent seven years there. He has 108 outings under his belt for Valencia and 27 USMNT caps.

Musah has been linked to a move away for some time, with reports of continuing interest from the Premier League, and Fabrizio Romano suggests that a trade might be completed in the summer of 2023.

This is due to Valencia's current willingness to consider bids for a player who used to play with teams like Chelsea and West Ham.

According to reports, a bid of about €20 million (£17 million/$ 22 million) would be sufficient to lure the New Yorker away from Spanish football.

Along with players like Christian Pulisic and Timothy Weah, moves by American talents to Italy are reportedly being discussed. Serie A powerhouses Milan are rumoured to have Musah on their list of possible destinations.

The Valencia player merely has a promising future as a player. He has held his own in La Liga after playing over 100 matches for the Spanish team before the age of 20. Musah, who has 27 total appearances for the USA, really shone out at the 2014 World Cup.

So, while he might not rank at the forefront of Milan fans' desires this summer, They'd be pleased to see the Rossoneri make the risk.
