The Gunners have reportedly closed the signings of two of great Premier League players

With the potential signings of Kai Havertz and Declan Rice, Arsenal's starting lineup would undergo a significant transformation, bolstering their midfield and attacking options. In this revamped lineup, Havertz would add creativity, versatility, and goal-scoring ability to the team. His ability to operate as an attacking midfielder or as a false nine would provide Arsenal with a dynamic presence in the final third.

Alongside him, Rice's defensive presence and composure would solidify the midfield, providing a shield for the backline and allowing the team to control the tempo of the game. The potential partnership of Havertz and Rice in Arsenal's midfield would undoubtedly create excitement among fans, offering a glimpse of the team's potential to compete at the highest level.

Goalkeeper- Aaron Ramsdale

In goal, Aaron Ramsdale is a warrior and tends to elevate his game in the most important moments. He isn’t the best keeper in the Premier League, but he has the ability to be considered on the shortlist of the top keepers in the league. His ball supplying attribute makes him one of the top modern day goalkeepers as Arsenal under Mikel Arteta love to play from the back.

Left-back- Oleksandr Zinchenko

Zinchenko is one of the players to play for both Arsenal and Manchester City. In Manchester City, under the guidance of Pep Guardiola, he became one of the most technically advanced left-backs in the world. He plays as an inverted role, often acting as a midfield who recycles possession, picks out passes, and progresses play in the attacking third. Zinchenko will be even more important if Mikel Arteta plays an aggressive formation with Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard, and Gabriel Jesus in the same XI.

Center-back- Gabriel

Gabriel offers that extra bit of grit every defense needs to this Arsenal squad that came so close to winning the Premier League this season. Gabriel alongside Saliba comprise one of the best duos in world football, Gabriel's ability to dictate the last of defense has impressed everyone and his presence in the defense gives a boost to the attacking third.

Center-back- William Saliba

Football Transfer round-up (11 June): William Saliba sings new deal
William Saliba recently signed a contract extension with Arsenal untill 2027

Saliba signed a contract extension with Arsenal that will keep him in the English side till 2027. The 22-year-old center-back from France is a proactive defender who likes to step out of defense and steal the ball from a forward rather than stand off. He is a clever defender, the way he positions himself to use his body to manoeuvre opponents away from play in order to steal the ball. Mikel Arteta has helped him transform after his loan spell.

Right-back- Ben White

Ben White gives this Arsenal team so much defensive solidity and can drop into the midfield to help keep Arenal resilient against counters. He was one of the best right backs in the Premier League last season in his own right despite truly being a center-back at heart. The center-back turned into right-back has helped solve the problem of the right-back position at Arsenal. His role is very important in this team to achieve success in the upcoming season.

Center-defensive midfield- Declan Rice

If Declan Rice agrees to sign for Arsenal, he will become the most expensive British signing in the history of British football. Declan Rice helped West Ham win their second ever European title after winning the UEFA Europa Conference League, and he is going to be the foundational piece for Arteta. As he continues to mature, the 24-year-old will get even better at picking out killer passes from deep for the talented Arsenal forwards.

Center-attacking midfield- Martin Odegaard

The Norwegian was one of the best players in last year's Arsenal squad, his place in the team is undisputed as captain. He is legitimately one of the most important players in the Premier League, capable of changing games, especially in the most clutch moments, with a goal or assist out of nowhere. With time, he’s become a true leader and a more active part of the team’s ball-winning and is a fan favourite to head into the next season.

Center-attacking midfield- Kai Havertz

Kai Havertz was recently signed from Chelsea, although listed as an attacking midfielder, Kai Havertz will be more of a second striker, a role that suits him better. He will be able to play off Gabriel Jesus, interchanging positions with the striker and even with the left winger Gabriel Martinelli. Arteta can help him become a better player and help him develop as a second striker and if he goes on to improve his right foot he can became a very crucial player to this squad.

Left-wing- Gabriel Martinelli

One of the most exciting players of his generation, Gabriel once again highlighted his vast potential last season. An electric forward – whether operating as a striker or wide on the left he has the pace and skill to beat defenders and score goals. All the past season, he was the glue to Arsenal's attack alongside Saka and Jesus. The attacking trio were on a roll during the last season and will continue to perform the same way or maybe better than they performed last season.

Striker- Gabriel Jesus

Gabriel Jesus was one player Arteta wanted to sign, Arteta had seen his progress and his abilities while both of them were at Manchester City. He received a lot of criticism because he didn't score a lot of goals for them but he literally did everything else and had a smashing success in his first season with Arsenal. He is the attacking leader, the all-around chaos-creator, who completes the team and he will be even more important with Havertz on board.

Right-wing- Bukayo Saka

Bukayo Saka Arsenal
Saka scored 14 goals and 11 assists in Premier League 2022-23 season

Bukayo Saka had one of the best seasons of any player in Europe’s top five leagues with 14 goals and 11 assists, providing dazzling end product and so much intensity. He won possession, carried the ball, recycled possession, offered width, and took defenders on while still producing at the absolute highest level. Arsenal will be a threat in the 2023-24 season if he continues to perform the way he did last season.
