Kylian Mbappe demanding '£206m' salary package from his next club

The French striker is willing to complete his PSG contract

Kylian Mbappe expressed his desire last month of leaving Ligue 1 champions PSG once his contract expires in 2024. This has worried the French club as the 24-year-old is out of contract at the end of next season. The striker could be heading to an early exit from the club and reports claim that the player is requesting a salary package worth £206 million.

Kylian Mbappe was in great form last season. He managed to win the Golden Boot in Ligue 1 as well as in the FIFA World Cup 2022. PSG had plans to build a team around him for achieving their main target of winning the Champions League title.

However, the player released a big statement and he will be leaving the club by the end of the next season.

Marca have reported that Mbappe wants £206 million in case he is transferred to any new club.

Real Madrid were behind the striker and had made attempts to sign him. According to Marca, the Spanish club won't be signing the player in the summer. They would wait for the winter transfer window to open and then negotiate for a possible deal. Marca sources have also claimed that Mbappe will not be coming to Bernabeu this summer.

At Real Madrid, the thinking is that Mbappe is a footballer who is a prisoner of money.

The 24-year-old is likely to remain a PSG player next season. The amount is huge and only a few teams could afford this.

If Mbappe completes his contract at the French club, then he will earn £150 million as a loyalty bonus and there were reports that Real Madrid would pay him between £100 million and £125 million as a bonus to join the club as a free agent.

Things still look unsettled and Kylian Mbappe will be looking to secure his future for next season as soon as possible.
