Rasmus Hojlund addresses Manchester United transfer rumour

He is becoming their prime target for the number 9 spot
Despite denying any move to Manchester United, Rasmus Hojlund concedes it is exciting to be mentioned as a potential transfer to Old Trafford.
Hojlund, 20, has been on several video calls with manager Erik ten Hag, who has recognised him as a realistic target for his most important position.
Harry Kane has been coveted by the Dutchman for a while, but the team is operating under the presumption that Tottenham Hotspur would not part with their star.
The teenage attacker did deny that many talks had taken place, even if he acknowledged that his ambition is to rise to the elite of club football.
Rasmus Hojlund joined Denmark and his Danish teammates on Monday as they prepared for their Euro 2024 qualifying matches against Slovenia and Northern Ireland.
After those events, the youngster appears to be in for a busy summer as interest in him is building around Europe.
Hojlund is one of many players that Ten Hag is interested in signing in order to add goals, and the Dutchman acknowledged last month that he has been in open communication with prospective recruits.
“There has been no video call,” Hojlund spoke to the Danish outlet Berlingske. “I can't say anything about that.
“It's a huge club, so I must have done something right if it says they want me. My goal is to reach the top shelf, and you can say that Manchester United is. So it will be huge.”
In addition to being more affordable than Kane, the Danish striker is also highly motivated to play at Old Trafford.
However, the Premier League team will be concerned about his lack of experience because they need a striker who can contribute from the start of next season.
