Saudi club Al Fateh offers Alexis Sanchez a one-year deal

The Chilean has won the Copa America title twice

According to reports, Saudi Pro League club Al Fateh has submitted an official proposal to sign former Barcelona and Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean star is currently playing for Ligue 1 side, Olympique Marseille.

Alexis Sanchez is being offered a deal worth €10m salary per season. His contract will be valid till 2014 and there is an option of increasing the contract for a further season.

The 34-year-old forward joined Marseille in 2022. He has played for the likes of Barcelona, Arsenal, Manchester United, and Inter Milan.

During his career, Alexis Sanchez has enjoyed a lot of success. He has won the LaLiga and Serie A. Other than this, Sanchez has also tasted cup glory. The Chilean forward has won the FA Cup, Coppa Italia, and Copa del Rey.

Alexis Sanchez is currently playing in France and enjoyed great success with Marseille. Sanchez made 44 appearances in all competitions for the club and scored 18 goals. Of his 18 goals, 14 came in 35 Ligue 1 games. Other than this, he made three assists.

The Chilean forward made a name for himself at the Italian club, Udinese. He then received an offer from Barcelona in 2011. Alexis Sanchez won the league with them. In 2011, Arsenal came to get his services. Sanchez was one of the best players in the Premier League in his three-and-a-half-year spell with the Gunners.

Manchester United signed him in January 2018. This spell didn't go in his favour and he struggled at Old Trafford. Sanchez was sent on a loan spell to Inter Milan. At Inter, he won the Serie A and revived his career.

This season Sanchez scored goals and was one of the best players in Ligue 1. Now, a Saudi club has approached to sign him.

Karim Benzema is likely to join Cristiano Ronaldo in the Saudi Pro League in the coming days. Saudi clubs are also approaching a few other players. Looking at the salary they offer, Sanchez could be another big name heading to the Middle East.
