Chelsea have been one of the busiest teams and the Saudi Pro League clubs are chasing players from big leagues in Europe.

One of the biggest news that came out today was related to Manchester City's Portuguese magician, Bernardo Silva. He is a long-time target of Barcelona and PSG are also monitoring his situation. However, some new names have entered the race to sign the midfielder.

The Athletic reports that Jorge Mendes, Silva's agent, is holding talks with the Saudi Public Investment Fund, which owns four of the biggest clubs in the Saudi Pro League. However, there is a chance that this deal won't happen as Bernardo is unlikely to leave Europe.
