Bayern Munich have made their first offer for Tottenham Hotspur's captain Harry Kane. According to the Athletic, the Bundesliga giants have submitted an offer of €70 million + add-ons.

In other news, it is being claimed that both parties have agreed personal terms. According to BILD, Kane's father and brother are negotiating the deal and they have agreed terms with the club. Now it looks like a matter of time before the deal is done. Both parties wait for Spurs to accept the bid.

Erik ten Hag has a budget of around £100-120 million for summer 2023

Manchester United's budget for the current transfer window has been revealed. The Dutch manager has £100-120 million to spend on new signings according to The Times. Erik ten Hag is in desperate search of a striker, goalkeeper and probably 2-3 players in different positions. In order to bring in new faces, the Red Devils are forced to sell some of their players. This will increase the budget and the manager can spend more on new players.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek heading to AC Milan

Ruben Loftus-Cheek will be playing for AC Milan next season. Another Chelsea player has left the club. The Athletic reports that this is a £15 million deal with a few add-ons. It is believed that the midfielder has signed a four-year deal with Milan.
