The French star is out of contract at the end of next season

According to reports, Saudi Arabian dealmakers are preparing to launch an offer to bring Kylian Mbappe to the middle eastern country even for one season. After which he will be free to go wherever he wants to. Al-Hilal are the team showing the most interest in the forward.

Kylian Mbappe’s exit saga from PSG doesn’t seem to have an ending. It keeps developing new angles every time one takes a look at football news.

In its latest development, Saudi Arabia are making moves to bring the striker to the Saudi Pro League, even for one season. Saudi Arabia have been trying to build their topflight league by bringing in the biggest names in world football to play for them. Saudi’s “poaching” of players started with superstar Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the Premier League to join Saudi club Al-Nassr, with the latest big names in the list of players who have moved to Saudi include Ngolo Kante and Karim Benzema.

PSG's stance on the Kylian Mbappe situation

PSG have reportedly no problem in selling the striker to Saudi, they will be looking to make some of the €180m they invested in him in 2017, back and will be looking to sell to the highest bidder.

However, the transfer seems unlikely as the striker himself is keen to stay in Europe, his target seems to be Real Madrid, and with speculative reports suggesting that he has already agreed on personal terms with the Los Blancos, it is more than likely that he will leave for Madrid as soon as his contract in Paris is up.

However, if Real Madrid are seriously considering Kylian Mbappe, now would be a good time to make a bid for the striker as PSG will be keen to sell him to the highest bidder, and if recent history teaches us something, it is that Saudi Arabian dealmakers will not hesitate in throwing cash at a prospect.
