The Saudi club has also signed Alex Telles

According to reports, Al Nassr and Eric Bailly of Manchester United are in contract negotiations. The Saudi Pro League team, which signed Cristiano Ronaldo in January, has already made several notable acquisitions this summer.

Manchester United have just set a price tag of just £2 million on the centre-back. Now, they will be eyeing a higher fee with interest, according to reports from Sky Sports.

The team is now searching for defensive reinforcements after signing midfielders Marcelo Brozovic and Seko Fofana from Inter Milan and Lens, respectively.

One of those is expected to be Telles, according to the Daily Mail, which claims that after early uncertainty about whether the £4 million move had gone through, it is now officially back on.

After Al Nassr delivered paperwork to United and Telles was scheduled to have a medical exam on Friday, Fabrizio Romano then stated that the transaction was 'done'.

Marc Mechenoua, a football analyst, claims that Al Nassr and Eric Bailly are in discussions about reuniting Bailly alongside Telles and Ronaldo at the club.

Manchester United announced their team earlier this week for their preseason tour of the United States, and Bailly was one of many well-known players that were left out.

After that, according to Fabrizio Romano and the Manchester Evening News, the Ivorian was informed that he was no longer in manager Erik ten Hag's plans and had not shown up at Carrington for the start of preseason.

After six injury-plagued years, the 30-year-old centre-back did not participate in United's 1-0 victory over Lyon on Wednesday at Murrayfield, and it appears fairly probable that he may have played his final match for the team.
