Barcelona set to hold talks with PSG to discuss Kylian Mbappe's transfer to Camp Nou

The Blaugrana are willing to offer many top players to sign the French star
The LaLiga champion FC Barcelona are scheduled to meet with representatives from Paris Saint-Germain in order to talk about the potential transfer of sensation Kylian Mbappe, according to Loic Tanzi of L'Equipe. This is an important move.
This summer, a lot of talk has focused on the 24-year-old superstar's future because he declined to extend his current deal past 2024.
This summer, PSG tried to get rid of him or get him to sign a new contract, but the Frenchman refused both offers and wants to depart for free in 2024.
It compelled PSG to withdraw Mbappe from their preseason trip and formally add him to their transfer list for this summer.
Additionally, inquiries about the Frenchman have been pouring in, with Saudi Arabian powerhouses Al Hilal offering a record-breaking €300 million transfer price to sign him.
Real Madrid have nonetheless been predicted as his most likely destination, whether it is this summer or the one after.
But now, according to the aforementioned rumour, Barcelona are also expected to enter the picture. Since they lack the funds to pay Mbappe's full asking price, the Blaugrana have an interest in him and are prepared to offer the names of a number of players.
Both clubs are scheduled to speak on the phone later today to address Mbappe's predicament.
The Blaugrana want to try and take advantage of the rare opportunity to sign a player of Mbappe's calibre and level because it does not occur often. However, any chances of a move appear to be at best extremely remote considering the club's financial position.
Regardless, it looks like they will speak with PSG about the operation and are open to bringing in additional players as part of the transaction.
