Turkish giants Fenerbahce express interest in signing PSG's Keylor Navas
PSG are open to selling four-times Champions League winner
On Friday, July 14, Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Keylor Navas, the custodian for Paris Saint-Germain, would be leaving this summer and Fenerbache are interested in him.
As per the report from Romano, the French club is willing to offload the shot-stopper, and Fenerbahce in Turkey has expressed interest in signing the custodian.
However, the Super Liga team's top priority is to finalise a deal with Udinese for Brazilian international Rodrigo Becao. Romano predicts that after the defender transfer is finalised, Fenerbahce will focus on a move for a custodian.
Following the conclusion of his loan from Premier League team Nottingham Forest, Navas travelled back to Paris. He played for the team for the second part of the previous season and made 17 appearances, recording two shutouts.
The PSG custodian, who is 36 years old and not growing any younger, is no longer needed. It might be time for another former Real Madrid player to leave the team now that Gianluigi Donnarumma is the starter.
The Ligue 1 team has also been linked to Kepa Arrizabalaga of Chelsea. The French newspaper L'Equipe reports that new manager Luis Enrique wants a custodian to compete with Donnarumma for a spot in the first team.
Keylor Navas' time on the field at the Parc des Princes would be cut short should the Blues goalie go to Paris. Navas has played 108 times for PSG overall, recording 50 clean sheets since joining from Real Madrid in 2019.
