Kylian Mbappe's overall transfer fee & salary estimated around €550m

The French striker is close to PSG's exit

Kylian Mbappe could be heading to a new club in the summer. The Frenchman's situation at PSG is not getting better ever since he decided to leave the club once his contract ends in 2024.

His transfer won't be a normal one as Mbappe might become the most expensive player in the history of football. The 24-year-old desires to leave the club as a free agent. However, the French club don't have any plans to sell him for free.

According to Spanish outlet Revelo, Real Madrid is his most likely destination, but if they want to buy the striker in the summer of 2023 then they will have to spend around €550 million. This amount includes the salary, wages, agent fee and bonuses

Real Madrid are reluctant to pursue the transfer this summer unless the price is significantly reduced. They would rather like to sign him for free next season. Earlier it was reported that the Spanish club has promised to pay Mbappe around €100 to €125 million as a bonus if he joins the club for free.

Ideally, both Real Madrid and Mbappe would prefer for him to fulfil the remainder of his contract with PSG before making his move to the Spanish capital next summer. However, PSG remains firm in their stance, which could potentially force Mbappe out of the club in the coming weeks.

Recently the situation of the striker at the club is not looking good. He is being criticised for making a decision to leave the club. As for the owner, they are more interested in selling him now rather than building a team around him.

Reports claim that Nasser Al-Khelaifi wants this transfer saga to end as soon as possible. They would then invest the money to bring in new players and build their squad.
