There is growing interest that the England striker could leave Tottenham Hotspur

According to reports, Paris Saint-Germain plans to outbid Bayern Munich by making an offer of £85 million ($110 million) for Harry Kane, a striker for Tottenham Hotspur.

According to RMC Sport, PSG are currently sending an entourage to London to negotiate an agreement with Spurs and have made Kane their number one goal this summer, compared to Juventus' Dusan Vlahovic.

The French winners are reportedly willing to pay £85 million to recruit the England captain, and the negotiations are claimed to have involved Spurs owner Daniel Levy.

Both of Bayern's offers for Kane this summer have been rejected by Spurs. The latest offer was for £70 million ($90 million), and a third offer is reportedly being considered.

If he rejects a transfer to stay at Spurs, Kane is eligible for a new £400,000-per-week agreement, although he has no intention of signing it during the present transfer window.

Kane would clearly prefer to transfer to Bayern than PSG, according to RMC Sport, but any conversations with Levy will be "challenging," despite the fact that the French club's offer is perhaps the largest Spurs have seen so far this summer.

Ange Postecoglou, the new manager of Tottenham Hotspur, has already acknowledged that he wasn't given any guarantees about the striker's status when he joined the team, but he still wants to see Kane stay in north London.

According to the report, PSG and Kane were unsuccessful in reaching a compromise during negotiations that took place many weeks ago. However, the French champions have set another meeting for this week in the hopes of persuading Kane to go to Paris.

Kane would allegedly like to go to Bayern Munich, but the Bundesliga champions have not yet reached a compromise with Spurs.
