The transfer round-up of 5th July features all the major transfer news for the day. Saudi Pro League clubs are targeting a few European talents and other big clubs in Europe are negotiating with each other for potential player transfers.

Chelsea remains one of the busiest teams in the summer transfer window. The Blues have sold some players and are now looking for their direct replacements. One of the players that has been on their radar is Moises Caicedo of Brighton.

Reports claim that Chelsea are planning a £85 million bid for the Ecuadorian talent. Ecuadorian journalist Diego Arcos claimed that the Blues are ready to pay £75m up front with up to £10m in potential add-ons. However, the Seagulls want £100 million for the player and he is allowed to leave the club. The London club will look to negotiate the deal and buy him for a decent amount.
