'Time is coming to put all cards', says honest fighter Igor Stimac in cryptic social media post

Fresh accusations on the Croatian regarding the infamous astrologer fiasco
In the world of Indian football, opinions on Igor Stimac, the head coach of the Indian national team, vary widely. Some see him as a target of relentless media scrutiny, while others view him as an honest fighter striving for the betterment of Indian football. But when accusations come up as a sole intention to target, things become worse.
What really happened
Earlier today, a fresh story on the infamous Astrologer fiasco which happened in early 2022 surfaced with more details being leaked then last time. Kushal Das’ then General Secretary clarified that the services of the astrologer were rendered for the AFC Asian Cup Qualifier that took place in Kolkata.
The previous reign took responsibility for that fiasco and then the matter was closed. But now, fresh details have emerged with accusations tarnishing the Croatian’s goodwill and timing around which the story was published.
Igor Stimac, took notice of the latest happenings and posted a tweet which read, “Target or honest fighter for the betterment of Indian football? The time is coming to put all cards on the table and see how much and who really cares about football in this country. Give it a thought before making up your judgment and thanks once again for your support. My dream of making India a football nation is still alive. "
It is worth noting that Stimac’s recent interviews have not served well to the AIFF bosses and he was duly shown the show cause notice. Meanwhile, his contract ends after the conclusion AFC Asian Cup in February next year
