This triumph follows their earlier success against Bangladesh in the first match, demonstrating their growing prowess in the tournament. With these consecutive victories, India concludes the group stage campaign with confidence and secures a place in the esteemed knockout stage.

The lone goal of the match was expertly scored by Md Arbash in the 33rd minute, courtesy of an assist by Vishal Yadav. Despite creating multiple opportunities throughout the game, India failed to convert any other chances into goals.
