Arsenal will next face Tottenham in the North London derby this Sunday

Prior to Sunday's north London derby, Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, complimented Ange Postecoglou's effect since joining Tottenham.

Postecoglou scores freely Spurs have scored 13 goals in five Premier League games to maintain their perfect record.

And Arteta acknowledged that despite star striker Harry Kane leaving Spurs in the summer, the Australian has improved the atmosphere there. Talking about Postecoglou, Arteta said:

“I really like him"

For Arsenal's previous two games, against Everton and PSV in the Champions League, David Raya served as the starter in goal instead of Aaron Ramsdale.

Arteta emphasised the fight for spots that necessitated a move at number one and stated he respects Ramsdale's unhappiness at not beginning.

This weekend's derby between the two North London juggernauts will take place at the Emirates, and neither squad can afford to lose. Although Arteta has a strong history in this matchup, this will be Postecoglou's first experience with this storied contest.

Since a few years ago, Mikel Arteta, the head coach of Arsenal, has consistently been among the top managers in the Premier League.

He experienced a fair amount of problems when he initially got the position, but over the last five years, he has entirely changed this Arsenal team, both on and off the field of play.

At Tottenham, Ange Postecoglou aspires to accomplish a similar feat. It's time for results against the big boys after he rapidly won over the Spurs faithful, which is a tremendous positive.
